Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consultation fees are refundable if a provider determines you are not a candidate before any medication is dispensed. Because prescription medications cannot be returned or restocked once shipped, dispensed medication is non-refundable except in the case of a shipping error or damaged product. Contact support within 7 days of delivery so the issue can be reviewed.

Plan changes

You can pause or cancel through your account or by contacting support before your next fill date. Dose changes are made by your prescriber.
